Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and create individualized care plans for each client

• Market to local referral sources and community to grow the business

• Utilize patient-centered metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and clinical efficiency

• Manage schedule and payroll, as well as train new employees for their role and responsibilities

• Identify staff development opportunities to facilitate advancement of their clinical skills

Requirements:

• Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association

• Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy
