- Experience in customer service is essential.
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills are required.
- A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
- Completion of some college coursework is advantageous.
- Must be able to sit for extended durations.
- Occasional lifting or carrying of items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods.
- Assist patients who may have mobility challenges.
