Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer who will be responsible for acquiring national and international customers and projects for our Electric Drive Train Systems products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field, and several years of professional experience in the field of electric powertrains and electric drive systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition
    • Independently and actively acquire national and international customers and projects for our Electric Drive Train Systems products.
  • Acquisition Discussions
    • Conduct acquisition discussions with customers and act as the interface between the customer, business unit, and possibly sales until the nomination phase.
  • Offer Preparation
    • Prepare technical and commercial offers for customer inquiries in collaboration with the specialist departments.
  • Market and Technology Trends
    • Identify market and technology trends and present them to the business unit in coordination with your supervisor.
  • Business Development
    • Conduct road shows with customers, attend trade fairs, give presentations at conferences, and participate in customer events.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Experience
    • Several years of professional experience in the field of electric powertrains and electric drive systems.
  • Skills
    • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
