Pay Rate: $26.57 – $28.08

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the supervisor in maintaining efficient departmental operations.
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, and warehouse processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage the shipment and receipt of goods, verifying counts and quality, and processing necessary paperwork.
  • Inspect freight upon departure and document any damage.
  • Perform supervisory duties as required.
  • Operate machinery or assist in other departments as needed.
  • Support supervision in safety, housekeeping, and employee performance matters.
Qualifications

Personal Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to read, accurately count, perform basic math, and write legibly.
  • Capability to follow written and verbal instructions meticulously.
  • Sound judgment in departmental operations.
  • Exemplary work habits and familiarity with warehouse operating systems.
  • Ability to manage stress from tight deadlines and shift priorities effectively.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a reliable attendance record.

  • Adhere to all environmental rules and procedures to minimize impact.
  • Follow safety protocols to prevent injuries.
  • Engage with safety representatives regarding safe practices and support safety committee activities.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
  • Report any environmental and safety policy violations.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, twist, stoop, and lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to perform repetitive movements using hands and feet.
