**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute a cohesive digital strategy that supports the overall marketing objectives of Upward Projects
* Oversee the management and continuous improvement of the Upward Projects website and individual restaurant websites
* Develop and execute a robust social media strategy that drives engagement, builds community, and enhances brand visibility
* Lead the creation and execution of targeted email marketing campaigns that drive guest engagement, retention, and revenue
* Develop and execute strategies to improve organic search rankings and manage paid search campaigns
* Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital media campaigns
* Analyze digital marketing performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations

**Requirements:**

* 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in managing digital campaigns for multi-unit restaurant or hospitality brands
* Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including CMS, CRM, social media management tools, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
* Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking, ensuring that digital initiatives are both innovative and aligned with business goals
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
