Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Travel Behavior Analyst (TBCBA) to join our team. As a TBCBA, you will work closely with our clients and their families to develop and implement customized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Kyo client programs and manage staff implementation of ABA services
  • Supervise Kyo's Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors
  • Conduct observations and assessments in settings such as schools, homes, or communities
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for clients primarily via telehealth
  • Monitor, track, and report on client progress, communicating frequently with families, teachers, and staff
  • Design and deliver training to parents, professionals, and staff
  • Assist with regional or company-wide clinical or operational projects
Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • MA degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Availability Monday-Friday 8am-7pm
  • Must be located in California
  • Willing and able to travel to assigned local region(s) for in-person services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Outstanding operational skills
