Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Travel Behavior Analyst, you will work with our clients to create customized treatment plans and provide in-person services to meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Direct Kyo client programs and manage staff implementation of ABA services
  • Supervise Kyo's Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors
  • Conduct observations and assessments in settings such as schools, homes, or communities
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for clients primarily via telehealth
  • Inform clients of behavior plans and goals, monitor, track, and report on client progress
  • Design and deliver training to parents, professionals, and staff
  • Assist with regional or company-wide clinical or operational projects
  • Train caregivers and staff on program implementation
  • Attend and facilitate client and staff meetings
Mentoring Responsibilities

Kyo recognizes the critical role that effective mentorship plays in promoting staff retention and development. As a Travel Behavior Analyst, you will oversee Behavior Therapist mentorship groups, deliver quarterly performance reviews, and provide individualized mentorship to mentees.

Requirements
  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • MA degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Availability Monday-Friday 8am-7pm
  • Must be located in California
  • Willing and able to travel to assigned local region(s) in order to provide in-person services two days per month
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Outstanding operational skills
  • Ability and willingness to drive from client to client and to leadership and various business meetings
