**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide user support and training for the Epicor ERP System.
  • Assist with the implementation of the ERP system and ensure a smooth transition for end-users.
  • Install, configure, and support Windows 10 operating system.
  • Perform OS and application updates/installations.
  • Diagnose and resolve computer system issues in a timely manner.
  • Act as a liaison between end-users and higher-level support teams.
  • Collaborate with other employees to maintain standards and functionality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Knowledge of MS Windows-based client/server OS, MS productivity software, computer/networking hardware, TCP/IP network protocols, IOS and Android devices.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and make suggestions for improving operations.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and maintain technical documentation for the Enterprise.
  • Experience with Epicor ERP, SSRS Report Builder, and C# coding is a plus.
