Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Food Service Ambassador to join our team. As a Food Service Ambassador, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests and their fellow team members. This involves sharing your passion for food, beverages, and people, while ensuring that every guest leaves feeling special.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Service: Deliver customized service to every guest, taking the time to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Improve Guest Experience: Interact with guests, connect with them, and ensure their needs are met to create a memorable dining experience.
  • Main Dining Area Maintenance: Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, bottles, plate ware, and silverware.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction and create a positive atmosphere.
  • Availability: Be available to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
About You

We're looking for someone with a great attitude and approach to guests and team members. You should think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience is a plus, but not necessary. If you're enthusiastic, believe in great food and hospitality, and have a passion for people, we want to hear from you
