Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is $90,000 - $170,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Satellite Systems Engineer to work as part of a team supporting satellite communication activities and company-wide systems engineering support. This position requires working in a rotating day/night shift schedule and being available for non-scheduled call-ins. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and at least 2 years of prior engineering experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations and maintenance of complex software and hardware systems.
  • Report and document anomalous performance and interact with other team members to perform corrective actions.
  • Crosstrain in other assigned areas and assist with the training of other personnel on the contract team.
  • Support test and/or operational activities as necessary.

Requirements:
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in SATCOM, IT Systems, and/or RF test equipment.
  • Experience assigning tasks to meet technical objectives.
  • An active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
