Job Overview
Raytheon Technologies (RTX) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Integration Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide enterprise-wide systems engineering and integration support to an operational government customer within the Intelligence Community.

About the Role
This position manages moderately sized projects or processes with minimal oversight and provides measurable input to new products, processes, or standards in operational plans to implement customer integrations and/or objectives. The successful candidate will work in a SCIF environment with flexible work hours to accommodate work/life balance practices. Location: Near Springfield, Virginia.

Responsibilities
- Provide systems engineering and integration support to assess, plan, coordinate, schedule, and implement projects from inception through system transition.
- Communicate with many levels of program, other contractor, and government stakeholders and work to positively guide parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, procedures, and practices.
- Manage system integration projects and provide reliable data to the Customer enabling them to make informed decisions regarding the installation, integration checkout, and test of operational system modifications and upgrades.

Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.
- Systems installation, integration, and test experience.
- Experience with project management.
- An active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.
