Job Summary

You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, assisting customers with their eye care needs, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our members receive the best possible eye care experience.
  • Assist customers with their eye care needs, including measuring, adjusting, and repairing frames and lenses.
  • Process member purchases and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Maintain the sales floor in the optical area, including stocking merchandise, setting up displays, and organizing product.
  • Receives and stocks merchandise in the optical area and organizes and maintains the area according to company procedures.
  • Operate hardware such as cash registers or related equipment and process member purchases.
  • Sell optical products and services by assisting members with purchasing decisions and promoting our products and services.

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
