As an Optician at Sam's Club, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our members receive the best possible eye care experience. You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, assisting customers with their eye care needs, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our members receive the best possible eye care experience.
- Assist customers with their eye care needs, including measuring, adjusting, and repairing frames and lenses.
- Process member purchases and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Maintain the sales floor in the optical area, including stocking merchandise, setting up displays, and organizing product.
- Receives and stocks merchandise in the optical area and organizes and maintains the area according to company procedures.
- Operate hardware such as cash registers or related equipment and process member purchases.
- Sell optical products and services by assisting members with purchasing decisions and promoting our products and services.
