Job Summary

As an Optician at Walmart, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our members receive the best possible eye care experience. This includes assisting with purchasing decisions, measuring and adjusting frames and lenses, and completing eyewear and contact lens orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our members
  • Assist with purchasing decisions and provide recommendations on eyewear and contact lenses
  • Measure and adjust frames and lenses to ensure a proper fit
  • Complete eyewear and contact lens orders and ensure accurate processing
  • Maintain a clean and organized optical area, including stocking merchandise and setting up displays
  • Operate cash registers and process member purchases, returns, and exchanges
  • Sell optical products and services, including eye exams and contact lens fittings

Requirements
