Position Overview:
The Guestroom Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere during their stay. This position requires attention to detail and a dedication to providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms in accordance with established standards.
  • Prepare housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and linens prior to starting cleaning duties.
  • Dispose of trash and soiled linens from guest rooms and common areas.
  • Ensure that hallways, public spaces, and storage areas are kept tidy and well-maintained.
  • Restock supplies on housekeeping carts for efficient operations.
  • Replenish cleaning agents as needed.
  • Notify the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager of any missing items from guest rooms.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
  • Manage lost and found items according to hotel policy.
  • Strive to enhance overall guest satisfaction through attentive service.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally, and 20 pounds frequently.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing friendly and courteous service to guests and team members.
