Key Responsibilities:- Initiate service requests and repairs by accurately describing performance issues and customer needs.
- Review and update customer accounts, ensuring accurate communication with internal teams.
- Confirm warranty coverage, generate repair orders, and maintain comprehensive customer records.
- Act as a bridge between customers and technicians, ensuring clarity in service requests and recommendations.
- Conduct inspections with customers, validate unit details, capture images, and communicate any additional service requirements based on assessments.
- Schedule service appointments, enter repair orders, track service progress, calculate costs, and process payments.
- Keep customers informed about service promotions, expected completion times, and service costs.
- Perform additional tasks as necessary.
- A collaborative team player focused on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of mechanical and technical concepts.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience as a Service Writer.
- Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
Employment Type: Full-Time; Hourly; 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday; **Weekend Availability**. Comprehensive benefits are available, including employee discounts and immediate eligibility for paid time off.
