  • Advanced expertise in:
    • Blueprint Interpretation
    • Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems
    • Electrical Systems and Troubleshooting
    • Pipefitting and Industrial Rigging
    • Mechanical Drives and Bulk Handling Systems
    • Machine Installation in a heavy industrial foundry setting.
  • Thorough understanding of all foundry processes and machinery.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex schematics and design documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems or equivalent standards.
  • Strong grasp of safe work practices and OSHA health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a foundry setting is essential.
