Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at The FootBridge Companies. As a CNC Machinist - Swiss Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for operating Swiss equipment and maintaining machining processes in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain production processes and ensure that products meet customer quality requirements.
  • Ensure the integrity of inspection results and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with training new team members and operators, and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Adhere to company safety requirements and ensure that assigned activities are performed in accordance with company procedures.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • 2 years related experience in department processes preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to execute manufacturing plans effectively, and proficiency with MS Office and the internet.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, and strong math skills.
Physical Demands:
  • Light to moderate physical exertion required.
  • Lifting/carrying Maximum 50lbs.
  • Regularly required to stand, reach, and move about the facility.
