Job Overview:

Masis Professional Group is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating advanced computer numerical control machinery to produce high-quality medical components and devices according to precise specifications. This role involves loading parts into the machine, managing the machining cycle, and identifying any operational issues, such as worn or damaged tools. Effective communication with team members regarding production runs is essential, along with maintaining a safe and orderly workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machinery.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ascertain machining requirements.
  • Program CNC machines for optimal performance.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure functionality and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools like micrometers and bore gauges.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to guarantee peak performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot and enhance production processes.
  • Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar position.
  • Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, bore gauges, and calipers.
  • Ability to operate various machining equipment, including milling machines and lathes.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is advantageous.
  • Excellent mathematical skills for accurate calculations and measurements.
