The Registered Nurse is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in the Operating Room and GI/Bronch Lab. As a Registered Nurse, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for an identified group of patients, demonstrating competency in delivery of care to all patient populations.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate nursing care, ensuring patient safety and well-being
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation
- Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent
- Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations specific to area of employment
- Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired through completion of education at an accredited School of Nursing
