Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our UCaaS team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software components, enhancing system scalability and reliability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive our ambitious product roadmap forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain VoIP telecom systems using Freeswitch or Asterisk.
  • Optimize system scalability, performance, and reliability in a real-time communication environment.
  • Design and implement solutions using relational and non-relational databases and tools (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch).
  • Provide technical guidance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Integrate with third-party APIs to enhance system functionality.
Requirements
  • Strong expertise in Freeswitch or Asterisk (this is mandatory).
  • Experience with VoIP technologies such as SIP, RTP.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Kamailio or other telecom infrastructure tools.
  • Ability to work with both relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis).
  • Proven track record of designing scalable software architectures.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Erlang, Scala, or Elixir is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in software engineering.
