About the Opportunity

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team as part of our RN Fellowship program. This program is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience, equipping you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your new specialty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experiences guided by experienced preceptors.
  • Develop expertise in a specific specialty, with opportunities to work in various units, including Oncology, Gen Surg, Gyn Surg, Neph Surg, Gen Medical, and Med Surg Ortho.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification within 6 months of hire.
  • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association certification within 6 months of hire.
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 6 months of hire.
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a related specialty.
