Swedish Health Services is seeking highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Critical Care Fellowship program. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and developing your skills in critical care nursing.
Program Overview
Our Critical Care Fellowship program is designed to provide RNs with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to succeed in critical care nursing. Through a combination of didactic education, simulation, and clinical experience, you will gain the confidence and expertise to provide exceptional patient care in a critical care setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Washington State RN license
- National Provider BLS certification
- National Provider ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
- 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty)
