We are looking for a results-driven Technical Sales Manager to support our objectives in customer acquisition and revenue enhancement while ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of innovation.

Your role will encompass optimizing the potential of our sales team, formulating sales strategies, and presenting these strategies to senior management.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive growth and achieve sales objectives by effectively leading the sales team.
Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy that broadens the company's client base and solidifies its market presence.
Oversee goal setting, mentoring, and performance evaluation of sales personnel.
Establish and nurture robust, enduring client relationships by collaborating with them and addressing their requirements.
Deliver sales, revenue, and expenditure reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team.
Recognize emerging markets and shifts in the industry while staying informed about new products and competitive landscape.

REQUIREMENTS
Dedicated to ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels.
Demonstrated capability to manage the sales cycle from planning to closure.
Strong commercial acumen and industry knowledge.
Exceptional mentoring, coaching, and leadership abilities.
Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or a related discipline.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Successful track record as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently achieving or surpassing targets (3-5 years of experience preferred).

COMPENSATION
$75,000-$95,000 – Based on experience.

RELOCATION REQUIREMENTS
Relocation may be necessary before commencing employment.
