Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at MARTEX BUILDERS INC. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including financial record-keeping, data entry, invoicing, and office management.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting and be proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and other relevant software. A degree in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Data Entry: Enter financial data into QuickBooks and Excel and generate financial reports. Maintain inventory records.
  • Invoicing and Billing: Prepare and send invoices to Tenants, monitor rental payments, and manage incoming and outgoing payments.
  • Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
