Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at David S. Brown Enterprises, Ltd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting rental inquiries, coordinating resident service requests, and ensuring excellent customer service to our residents and prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general administration and related functions for the property
• Conduct rental inquiries and tours of the property
• Follow up with prospects and residents regarding quality and promptness of service
• Enter applications and leases into computer systems
• Perform general administrative duties such as logging rent, filing, typing, mailing, ordering supplies, and resident termination calls

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• A positive attitude, professionalism, and high level of enthusiasm
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle
• Basic knowledge of personal computers and office equipment

• An estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
