Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team at Cambridge Square Dental.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.

The Dental Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and provide a warm welcome

  • Manage patient waiting areas and maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Process payments and handle billing
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a dental office or medical setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
