Security Clearance: Candidates must possess or be eligible to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
Role Summary: The Logistics Analyst (Advanced) will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).
Key Responsibilities: The following duties are essential for this position:
- Lead logistics strategic planning and analysis efforts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish acquisition and supportability criteria.
- Update and define requirements for systems and equipment designs.
- Assist in the development and execution of milestone documentation.
- Guide integrated product support teams.
- Create and implement life-cycle logistics policies and procedures.
- Oversee support teams and deliver presentations.
- Utilize logistics management concepts and methodologies.
- Employ analytical tools to evaluate product support elements and mitigate potential risks.
- Exhibit knowledge in process enhancement and contract management.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This role does not include supervisory duties.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess expertise in strategic planning, program management, and effective communication techniques. A collaborative mindset and strong analytical capabilities are essential.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Master's degree in logistics with 5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 15 years of experience.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and relationships.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Proficient in computer software applications.
- Outstanding writing skills.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Core Competencies: Problem-solving, effective written communication, diversity awareness, ethical conduct, planning and organizing, and professionalism.
Language Proficiency: Ability to compose reports and present information effectively.
