Job Title: Roofing Superintendent

Progressive Roofing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roofing Superintendent to lead our commercial roofing service team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of roofing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of roofers and foremen to ensure successful project completion
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide guidance to team members
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and quality control
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of work
  • Ensure that all team members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with a focus on leadership and management
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in a physically demanding environment
