We are currently seeking a Mobile Application Quality Assurance Tester to ensure the quality and functionality of mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms.

Key Responsibilities
The primary duties of the QA Tester will include:

  • Conducting tests on mobile banking applications across various devices, including smartphones and tablets.
  • Testing updates related to mobile operating systems.
  • Reviewing testing scenarios and documentation to fully understand testing requirements.
  • Participating in data requisition processes.
  • Executing specified test cases for designated functionalities.
  • Reporting actual results that differ from expected outcomes to the QA analyst.
  • Identifying and documenting variances and defects in user experience, usability, and process flows.
  • Engaging in variance and defect review sessions.
  • Collaborating with the development team to address identified issues.
  • Assisting in the preparation of test result presentations for project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in mobile application testing on iOS or Android devices.
  • Experience with projects utilizing Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with online banking applications, whether web-based or mobile.
  • A solid understanding of QA methodologies and practices within the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • A keen interest in technology and emerging applications.
  • Proficiency in HP Quality Center (HPQC) and strong skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
