POSITION SUMMARY
Ensure cleanliness and perform minor repairs to facilities to maintain a pleasant, hygienic, and secure work environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Regularly clean and uphold the Production facility areas, which includes dusting, sanitizing restrooms, mopping, waxing floors, shampooing carpets, washing kitchen items, restocking toiletries, and disposing of waste.
Support the Lead Maintenance Specialist as necessary.Carry out errands and assist with off-site tasks for management projects as required.
Collaborate with the maintenance team for repair tasks as needed.
Ensure all access points are secured at the end of each day.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
At least one year of experience in janitorial services.
Physical Abilities
Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds and frequent lifting of up to 10 pounds.
Ability to sit and/or walk as needed: 50% Sitting in a restricted position: 0% Standing: 20%
Crouching or bending: 10% Kneeling or stooping: 5%
