Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual with strong technical product knowledge to join our sales team as an Inside Sales Representative. This role involves managing incoming sales calls and emails, building meaningful relationships with customers, and participating in proactive prospecting campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
  • Manage sales calls and emails to ensure timely and effective communication with customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in proactive prospecting campaigns to identify new business opportunities.
  • Act on and follow through on all leads provided by management.
  • Utilize a CRM to track sales and customer interactions.
  • Provide customers with quotes and proposals.
  • Process return authorizations.
  • Travel to trade shows annually to represent the company.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing/machining environment preferred.
Compensation

The starting wage range for this position is $21-$25 per hour, with potential to earn commissions.
