Key Responsibilities- System Administration
- Maintain and update user access in the compliance management system to ensure accuracy and integrity of user information.
- Act as the first point of contact for system inquiries by management, employees, and providers.

- Documentation and Compliance
- Monitor and maintain meticulous, accurate, and up-to-date documentation for compliance purposes.
- Perform new hire and monthly sanction screening for CAIPA employees and contractors.
- Provider Support
- Manage and address inquiries from providers regarding compliance, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to requests for assistance via telephone calls, faxes, and emails.
- Answer provider inquiries by conducting research using government resources or referring them to the Compliance Officer.
- Professional Development
- Stay informed about the latest developments and changes in relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Dedicate time to thorough reviews and expedite the process of becoming well-acquainted with these legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Project Support
- Assist and complete various projects on time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of personal integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently to execute on program and company initiatives under pressure and motivation to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Bachelor's degree in a related area.
- Two years' experience in compliance, project management, training development, or related areas in the healthcare industry.
