Cantor Fitzgerald, a leading global financial services firm, is seeking a highly motivated and successful Investment Banking Analyst to join its Financial Institutions Group (FIG) in New York.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate various processes, including capital raises and advisory transactions
- Prepare offering memoranda, proposals, and other written materials for meetings with clients
- Conduct research and analysis in support of new business generation
- Organize and participate in marketing and client meetings
- Lead and participate in drafting sessions for underwriting assignments
- Conduct industry and company-specific due diligence related to transactions
- Interact with corporate clients, private equity firms, venture capital firms, and senior bankers
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience
- Self-motivated individuals who display initiative, drive, and leadership
- Excellent grasp of corporate finance, valuation, and financial accounting
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably from a top-tier school
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5/4.0
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $110,000. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held.
