The responsibilities of this position encompass training and mentoring administrative and customer service personnel, organizing and scheduling classes and programs, managing facilities, and developing processes and protocols that enhance the operations and presentation of FLEX services.
Training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
Ensure the completion of all administrative duties related to FLEX services, guaranteeing efficient and effective operations in both physical and virtual environments.
Manage facilities; coordinate lease agreements, utilities, and payroll; maintain a professional center appearance; and take full responsibility for the upkeep of the center to ensure optimal presentation to visitors and operational efficiency.
Supervise administrative teams in managing current and prospective students, as well as tracking data related to customer satisfaction and student progress.
Develop, implement, and evaluate standard operating procedures.
Oversee the client billing process.
Sales Support
Facilitate post-sale service fulfillment, proactively ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining program data and analytics.
Assist the sales team with prospective student management by handling phone inquiries, scheduling meetings, administering diagnostic assessments, or overseeing administrative staff in these tasks.
Training & Development
Oversee administrative staff; approve timesheets, schedule center coverage, and provide performance evaluations.
Recruit and train new team members as necessary.
Act as a resource for ongoing training as needed.
Work Environment:
This role will primarily operate from our Northern California Region, focusing on the FLEX Cupertino office.
Responsible for managing operations in the Northern California Region (travel may be necessary).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative or operations capacity
- 2+ years in a supervisory position
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, deadline-oriented, and detail-focused
- Demonstrated leadership qualities
- Prior experience in educational administration or related fields
- Highly polished and professional demeanor
