Front Desk Supervisor

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for all hotel guests. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that the area is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional guest service.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with all hotel departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure that guest needs are met and that the hotel runs smoothly.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that the guest's experience is positive and memorable.
- Financial Management: Manage the front desk budget, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and reported accurately, and that the budget is met or exceeded.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Competitive Salary: $16.40-$24.60 per hour, depending on experience.
