Sodexo is on the lookout for a full-time Inpatient Clinical Nutrition Specialist to join our vibrant team.

This healthcare facility is a comprehensive acute care institution equipped with advanced trauma and rehabilitation services.

This role is full-time, offering competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. The work schedule includes daytime shifts on weekdays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
As a successful candidate, you will:
- Hold a Registered Dietitian credential and be licensed in Texas;
- Conduct thorough nutrition evaluations and deliver dietary education to patients;
- Provide guidance to patients, their families, and facility staff on nutrition and dietary adjustments;
- Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings and demonstrate strong teamwork skills;

- Implement quality improvement projects such as patient satisfaction surveys and monthly food evaluations; and assist with Food Service Management as required.

While the salary range for this position is established, offers are tailored based on individual qualifications, including experience, skills, education, and training.


Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree with completion of the necessary coursework and supervised practice as outlined by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND). (Note: For those pursuing registration after 2023, a master's degree is required.)

Credentialing Requirements:

Must meet the eligibility criteria for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and achieve registration within 120 days of employment. In certain states and/or facilities, RD/RDN credentials may be required at the time of hire.
Certification/licensure as mandated by state regulations.
