About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian to join our dynamic team as Clinical Nutrition Manager at Sodexo. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing the clinical nutrition program and overseeing a team of dietitians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the clinical nutrition program, including overseeing a team of dietitians and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of medical nutrition therapy.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and the dietetics profession to provide nutrition education and resources.
  • Develop department strategic plans, initiatives, and goals to improve efficiency and provide quality medical nutrition therapy.
  • Ensure compliance with JCAHO and State Health Department standards.
  • Maintain Registration with the Commission of Dietetic Registration and Licensure with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
Requirements
  • Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
  • Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
  • Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
  • 6 years of experience in planning, managing, and organizing resources within short/medium timeframes within the overall policy framework.
  • 5 years of experience as an experienced specialized practitioner able to work unsupervised and provide professional supervision to specialists.
