About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Asset Manager to join our team in Portland, Oregon. In this critical role, you will oversee the daily operations of our residential assets, ensuring timely rent collection and maintaining resident satisfaction.

About the Role

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2+ years of experience in multi-family property management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency. Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities will enable you to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue, reduce expenses, and enhance resident satisfaction
  • Manage property budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain accurate records of property inspections, work orders, and maintenance schedules
  • Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and services
  • Provide training and coaching to property staff to improve performance and customer service
  • Foster positive relationships with residents through effective communication, issue resolution, and community engagement

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
  • At least 2+ years of experience in multi-family property management, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to build relationships with diverse groups
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
