Global Credit Union is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Title Support Specialist I to join our team. As a Title Support Specialist I, you will play a critical role in supporting our Title Specialists by processing paid collateral notes and releasing titles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review daily paid loan activity to verify paid status of loans.
  • Release titles to the appropriate person or entity.
  • Ensure accurate data entry to the title tracking system.
  • Process authorizations for payoff, verifying sufficiency of funds received, ownership of collateral, and preparing documents to apply funds to loans.
  • Respond to routine inquiries and requests for lien satisfactions.
  • Receive incoming mail from couriers and distribute it to the appropriate individuals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Six months of clerical experience.
  • Ability to use a 10-key calculator and type 45 wpm.
  • Effective communication skills.
