Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist I to join our team at CHI St. Joseph Health. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will play a critical role in capturing high-quality diagnostic images that enable our radiologists to accurately diagnose and treat patients.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of technical diagnostic imaging procedures, including radiography, fluoroscopy, and computed tomography. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of patients, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently interpret clinical information to meet radiology needs of patients
  • Thoroughly and accurately perform imaging techniques for patient positioning
  • Monitor radiation exposure time and activity
  • Apply sterile techniques and quality safety practices for patients, teammates, and yourself
  • Maintain and troubleshoot radiology equipment to avoid equipment failures
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and certified by the State of Texas
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
