Amentum is currently in search of an Administrative Support Analyst II to provide assistance to the PM Soldier Survivability (PM SSV) project office under the Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier.

This role presents an opportunity to engage with a dedicated and collaborative team focused on delivering enhanced protection, individual equipment, and aviation life support capabilities that ensure combat superiority and facilitate mission success.


Note: This position is contingent upon award.
As an Administrative Support Analyst II, your responsibilities will include:
  • Offering secretarial and administrative travel assistance, along with human resources support for the Project Manager and other personnel as required.
  • Managing sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
  • Overseeing the Project Manager's calendar utilizing MS Outlook.
  • Delivering general office support and administrative assistance.

You will also be tasked with preparing various documents, including correspondence, forms, reports, statistical tables, and spreadsheets, employing advanced skills in word processing software.

Additionally, you will provide guidance to writers and researchers regarding style, syntax, and usage to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of communications.


Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with the Defense Travel System.

Required Clearance:
ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED:
Secret. Please note that U.S. Citizenship is necessary to obtain a Secret Government Clearance.
