We are currently seeking qualified Automotive Service Technicians.

The Automotive Service Technician will be tasked with performing essential automotive maintenance services, including oil changes and tire-related tasks, as well as assisting with customer transportation and maintaining shop cleanliness as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute tire mounting, dismounting, balancing, and rotation.
  • Perform oil changes and other basic services as directed by management.
  • While conducting services, assess vehicle condition and report any visible repair needs or safety issues to management, utilizing the company’s inspection protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, including service areas and customer-facing spaces.
  • Safely transport customers to and from their locations using company vehicles.
  • Collect parts and supplies from vendors using company vehicles.
  • Drive company vehicles responsibly, adhering to all traffic regulations.
  • Conduct state safety and emissions inspections ethically, following all relevant guidelines.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and report any concerns to management.

The Automotive Service Technician is expected to comply with all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A valid, clean driver's license, or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire
  • Basic understanding of automotive systems and components
  • Availability to work a minimum of five days per week, including rotating Saturdays

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

The Automotive Service Technician will encounter moderate to loud noise levels, dust, exhaust fumes, and various automotive fluids. The work environment may include exposure to extreme temperatures.

Physical requirements include:
  • Ability to stand for up to eight hours daily and walk throughout the facility.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching; full range of motion with arms and hands.
  • Regularly lifting or moving up to 10 pounds, and frequently lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
  • Effective hearing and speaking abilities.
  • Vision sufficient to detect color, depth, and focus.
