About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Franchise Management professional to join our team at Warner Bros. Discovery. As an Associate, Global Franchise Management & Marketing, you will play a key role in supporting the Director on the CP business for the Adult Swim and Genre portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approve marketing submissions for assigned properties
  • Assist in executing franchise strategies and marketing initiatives
  • Develop materials for franchise presentation decks and pitch decks
  • Assist with acquisition and approval of theatrical and TV assets
  • Execute social media content strategy and calendar
  • Maintain Brand Assurance guidelines and ensure timely updates
  • Act as first point of contact for product development and brand-related questions
  • Coordinate outside resources and agencies
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years marketing experience
  • Previous marketing experience required
  • Franchise management experience a plus
  • 2+ years Entertainment industry experience strongly preferred

Warner Bros. Discovery offers a competitive salary range of $47,150.00 to $88,150.00 per year, as well as a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time, and vacation.
