Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Rio Grande Valley. As a key member of our neonatology team, you will provide exceptional care to newborns and their families in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide level II NICU coverage in Weslaco, TX, with the opportunity to rotate through level III NICU
  • Collaborate with a team of eight neonatologists and two pediatric hospitalists to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Participate in a 24-hour shift rotation with 4-5 hours of round and go model
  • Enjoy block scheduling and a competitive compensation package
