Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

Overview

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional care to newborns and their families in a state-of-the-art NICU setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care to neonates in a level II and III NICU setting
  • Collaborate with neonatologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose, and treat neonatal conditions
  • Develop and implement educational programs for patients, families, and healthcare staff
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety

Requirements
  • Current APRN national specialty certification
  • Minimum of a master's degree
