Job Overview
Aequor Technologies is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with patients to educate them about speech disorders and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) to support their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Educate patients and their family members about speech disorders, including their causes, whether related to disabilities, traumatic events, or other factors.
  • Maintain detailed records of student conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Report patient progress and current status to appropriate parties, including family members, teachers, or medical professionals, as needed.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings for students, contributing expertise to support each student's unique needs.

Requirements:
A strong understanding of speech-related conditions, causes, and treatments is essential for this role. You must also possess excellent coaching, verbal, and written communication skills. Additionally, relevant training and/or certifications as a Speech Pathologist are required. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist or in a similar role is preferred.
