About the Role: Kind Behavioral Health is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide exceptional care to children with Autism.

Your primary responsibilities will include working one-on-one with clients to implement goals and objectives outlined by our BCBAs. You will also be responsible for providing feedback and collecting data as it relates to each client's program.

To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for improving the lives of children with Autism and their families. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to maintain a positive, open, and objective attitude towards others.

We offer a comprehensive training program for new hires that prepares them to become registered as a behavior technician and start their career and specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our team has been providing focused treatment services to clients in North Carolina for nearly 15 years and we are committed to creating a culture of learning, collaboration, and continued growth.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children, preferably those with Autism or other intellectual disabilities. A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred. Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a criminal background check are also necessary qualifications.
