Lead a Team of Sales Professionals

At JASON NEAL, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for leading a small team of sales professionals in servicing our existing client base, developing new business opportunities, and supervising team activity and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base with a focus on building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B space.
  • Supervise and manage the activity and results of the sales team.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to ensure the success of the team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • The desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
