Job Description

SZ Management is a leading hospitality company seeking an exceptional Hotel Executive to spearhead our operations. This is a dynamic role that requires strategic leadership and strong business acumen.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience

We are looking for a seasoned professional who can oversee the management of our hotel staff and drive business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with Hilton or similar brands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building the company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; and enforcing ethical business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, select, orient, train, coach, counsel, and discipline managers
  • Communicate values, strategies, and objectives to team members
  • Assign accountabilities and plan, monitor, and appraise job results
  • Develop incentives and cultivate a climate for offering information and opinions
  • Provide educational opportunities and maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
