Job Summary

SZ Management is seeking an experienced Executive Hotel Leader to drive business growth and excellence in our hotel operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing staff, establishing business objectives, and developing strategic plans to achieve our goals.

Estimated salary: $130,000 - $190,000 per year.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop strategic plans to increase management's effectiveness and improve employee engagement.
  • Achieve subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; and making mid-course corrections.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
